Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until this payment is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Custom items and third-party vendor costs are non-refundable once ordered.
3. Rescheduling
-
We offer one complimentary date change with at least 10 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling less than 7 days prior to the event may incur a £150 admin fee.
4. Event Setup & Teardown

We require access to the venue at least 1.5–2 hours prior to the event start time.

Setup/teardown times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the space is ready, safe, and accessible.
5. Venue & Parking Requirements

Any parking or venue access fees must be covered by the client.

If we cannot access the venue safely or on time due to incorrect details, delays may occur which are not our responsibility.
6. Third-Party Vendors
-
We may recommend or book trusted third-party vendors (e.g. entertainers, caterers, balloon artists).

While we aim to work only with reliable professionals, Little Luxe Concierge is not liable for third-party performance or errors.
7. Damages & Liability

The client is responsible for any loss or damage to our decor, props, or rental equipment during the event.

Little Luxe Concierge holds full Public Liability Insurance, but we are not liable for:

Accidents caused by guest behavior

Allergies not disclosed in writing prior to the event

Venue-related incidents

8. Photography & Promotion

We may take photos and videos at your event for promotional use on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

If you prefer not to have images used publicly, please inform us in writing before the event.
9. Client Responsibility

The client must inform us of any specific needs (e.g., allergies, venue restrictions, accessibility) in advance.

Any delay in providing necessary information may affect service delivery and will not be our responsibility.
10. Force Majeure
-
We are not liable for cancellation or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, strikes, or acts of God). In such cases, we will offer rescheduling where possible.
